When you see a band lighting up a dancefloor, you don’t often think about the person behind it all — the one who handpicks the musicians, shapes the sound, and makes sure every note hits just right. For She Music Global, that person is me, Keisher. I’m a mum, an ideas machine, and someone who’s endlessly passionate about helping women shine.
But She Music Global isn’t just a business to me — it’s a way of life, a reflection of the values I was brought up with, and the perfect mix of my two great loves: music and people.
The Heart Behind the Music
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick what helps them step into their potential and really own their space in the world. I don’t know exactly when it started, but I do know where it came from: my mum.
My mum was a powerhouse. She encouraged her kids to dream bigger, work harder, and believe — truly believe — that we could be and do anything we wanted, no matter the odds stacked against us. She never made excuses for us; instead, she gave us reasons to push through, to keep going, and to stay focused on the bigger picture.
That spirit is deeply rooted in me. It’s why, when I see someone with talent, I want to help them go further. It’s why She Music Global doesn’t just book musicians — it gives women real opportunities to work, perform, and thrive. Every time I hear their stories, watch them grow, and see them step into their power, I feel like I’ve won too.
Creating Bands That Feel Different
I’m not interested in producing “just another function band.” The world has enough of those. I want the bands I create to feel unique — to sound like nothing else out there, to bring something unexpected to weddings and events, and to leave guests raving long after the last song ends.
That’s how The Disco Divas were born — a high-energy, gospel-infused party band that can light up any room. Gospel singers bring something special to a wedding or corporate event: joy. Not just “we’re having a good time” joy, but deep, infectious, uplifting joy that fills the space and connects with every single person there.
It’s also why I’ve developed acts like the She All Stars, which combine live music with expertly curated tracks so couples and event organizers get the best of both worlds. I love playing with concepts, finding the sweet spot between live energy and the flexibility of a DJ set.
It’s All About People, Not Jargon
When you work with me, you’re not going to get a stiff, suit-wearing, jargon-throwing “events director” who talks at you. That’s not my style. I like keeping things human.

The music industry hasn’t always been the easiest place for women to thrive, but that’s exactly why I built She Music Global with female musicians at its heart. It’s not just about creating incredible entertainment; it’s about giving talented women a platform, fair pay, and the chance to be seen and heard.
I’ve met some extraordinary women through this work — singers, instrumentalists, sound engineers — each with their own story of perseverance, creativity, and determination. Hearing those stories isn’t just inspiring; it’s fuel for what I do.
